When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from JHADE. JHADE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until JHADE confirms acceptance via email confirmation.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. **Please review your order carefully before submitting, as JHADE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is confirmed.** If you wish to cancel an order after submission, you must contact us immediately at support@jhade.com or +1 818-056-8888.
In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email, postal mail, or phone at the contact information provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy as outlined in Section 4.

## SECTION 4 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
### Return Eligibility and Conditions
**Standard Products:**
- Return window: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original, undamaged condition
- Packaging: Must include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase: Original order confirmation or invoice required
**Personalized Products (Engraved, Monogrammed, or Custom):**
- **Non-returnable and non-refundable**
- Once personalization is completed, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason
- This applies to all custom engraving, monogramming, name initials, or special modifications
- Please verify all personalization details before completing your purchase
**Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery:**
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- We will determine eligibility for replacement or refund at our sole discretion
### Return Process and Shipping Costs
**Return Shipping:** The customer (buyer) is responsible for all return shipping costs. JHADE does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses.
**How to Initiate a Return:**
1. Contact JHADE at support@jhade.com or call +1 818-056-8888 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Ship the item to the return address provided with RA number clearly marked on the package
3. Include your order number, name, and RA number inside the package
**Return Address:** JHADE will provide the specific return address upon request.
**Refund Timeline:** Upon receipt and inspection of your return, refunds will be processed within 8 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
### Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- All personalized products (engraved, monogrammed, or custom modified)
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or handling
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (when specifically marked)
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery date
### Exceptions
JHADE retains the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions. Damaged returns or items showing signs of use will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

## SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
**Price Changes:** Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
**Taxes and Additional Fees:** Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable sales taxes, VAT, shipping, handling, or customs and import charges. You are responsible for paying all taxes and duties associated with your purchase based on your delivery location.
**Price Variations:** Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in other online or third-party stores. We may offer, from time to time, promotions and special pricing that may be governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern for that specific promotion only.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
**Credit Card Authorization:** You represent and warrant that:

- Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company
- You will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes

**Delivery Scope:** JHADE ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.
**No Liability for Delays:** We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather or natural disasters
- Events beyond our reasonable control
**International Shipping:** For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for payment of all customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. Import regulations vary by country; we recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchase.
**Title and Risk of Loss:** Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. You assume all risk for loss, damage, or theft of products during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders if available through the carrier.
**Delivery Confirmation:** We provide tracking information via email for all orders. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and accept delivery. If a package is refused or returned to sender, you may be charged for reshipment.

## SECTION 8 - CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZATION SERVICES
**Personalized Products:** JHADE offers customization services including engraving, monogramming, and custom initials on select products.
**Additional Fees:** Personalization services are subject to additional fees as displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. These fees are non-refundable.
**Non-Returnable:** All personalized products are final sale and are **not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable** for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the personalization
- Changes in personal preference
- Misspelled names or initials (even if due to customer error)
- Changes in desired customization after order confirmation
**Verification Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for verifying all personalization details (names, initials, spellings, dates, etc.) before finalizing your purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the personalization details in your order confirmation email before processing.
**Production Timeline:** Personalized orders may take additional time to produce. Custom orders are typically prepared within 5-10 business days, plus standard shipping time.

## SECTION 9 - SUCTION CUP TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
JHADE products featuring suction cup adhesion technology ("Suction Products") are designed to provide enhanced grip and temporary adhesion to smooth surfaces. **Please read and understand the following disclaimer before purchasing.**
**Performance Variation:** Suction cup performance may vary based on:
- Surface texture and material composition
- Ambient temperature and humidity
- Environmental conditions
- Frequency and duration of use
- Proper application and maintenance of suction surfaces
**Surface Compatibility:** Suction cups perform optimally on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as:
- Glass
- Polished stone
- Mirrors
- Sealed marble or tile
- Metal
Suction cups may not adhere effectively to:

- Porous materials
- Painted or weathered surfaces
- Extremely dusty or dirty surfaces
- Fabric or soft materials
**Not Permanent:** Suction adhesion is temporary and removable. It is not intended as a permanent mounting solution. JHADE does not warrant that suction adhesion will remain effective indefinitely or under all conditions.
**No Responsibility for Damage:** JHADE is not responsible for any damage to surfaces resulting from suction cup use, including but not limited to:
- Surface scratches, marks, or residue
- Paint damage or peeling
- Temporary adhesion marks
- Surface discoloration
**User Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for:
- Testing suction performance on your intended surface before permanent installation
- Proper application and maintenance of suction surfaces
- Understanding the limitations of suction technology
- Assessing whether suction adhesion is appropriate for your use case
**Limited Warranty on Suction Function:** While we test all Suction Products for basic suction functionality before shipment, we do not guarantee that suction cups will perform as intended in all environments or use cases. If a Suction Product arrives with defective suction cups that do not function at all, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

JHADE DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT:
- Your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Products will meet your expectations or requirements
- Defects will be corrected
- The Services or server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components
**NO WARRANTY ON PRODUCT PERFORMANCE:** Except for defective products upon delivery (which may be eligible for replacement at our sole discretion), we do not warrant the performance, durability, longevity, or functionality of any product sold. This includes, but is not limited to, the suction cup adhesion performance described in Section 9.

- Lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data
- Replacement costs or any similar damages
- Business interruption
- Loss of use or diminished value

**California Limitation:** California consumers are entitled to recover damages even if JHADE or Shopify has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This section may not apply to you if you reside in California or another jurisdiction that does not allow the limitation of damages.

**Dispute Resolution:** In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services, you and JHADE agree to attempt informal resolution through good-faith negotiation and communication before initiating formal legal proceedings.
**No Class Actions:** You agree that you will not participate in any class action lawsuit or class action arbitration against JHADE. All disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as plaintiffs or class members in any purported class or representative proceeding.

## SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
